Activities - how the charity spends its money
Inside Out provides programmes of therapeutic arts activities for people either recovering from mental ill health or experiencing a crisis of wellbeing. Arts workshops run throughout the year in Ipswich, Suffolk, led jointly by professional artists and mental health professionals. Inside Out is committed to promoting arts and mental health in the wider population.

1.1 HA RELIEF OF MENTAL ILL HEALTH AND THE PROMOTION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AMONGST PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN SUFFOLK WHO ARE IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ARTS BASED ACTIVITIES. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH
