1.1 HA RELIEF OF MENTAL ILL HEALTH AND THE PROMOTION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH
AMONGST PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN SUFFOLK WHO
ARE IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, IN PARTICULAR
THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ARTS BASED ACTIVITIES.
2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO
MENTAL HEALTH
