Charitable objects

(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND THE RELIGION OF THE JEWISH FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORTHODOX PRACTICE AND IN PARTICULAR TO MAINTAIN AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE MENORAH GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR BOYS. (II) TO RELIEVE POVERTY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO EX-PUPILS OF THE MENORAH GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR BOYS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH SUPPORT. (III) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE RECOGNISED BY ENGLISH LAW AS CHARITABLE.
