THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF REDCAR & CLEVELAND AND BEYOND IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT') AND IN PARTICULAR, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
