THE OBJECTS OF THE GUILD ARE:
1. THE FURTHERANCE AND THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1.1. THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INTERCOURSE BETWEEN STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM AND THE FURTHERANCE OF THE COMMON INTERESTS OF SUCH STUDENTS; AND
1.2. THE SUPPORT OF SUCH SOCIETIES THAT SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE RECOGNISED BY THE GUILD.
