TRUST DEED DATED 27 OCTOBER 1898
Charitable objects
"THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING SHALL AT ALL TIMES PERMIT THE SAID PREMISES AND THE CHAPEL SCHOOL OR OTHER BUILDINGS FROM TIME TO TIME STANDING THEREON TO BE USED AND OCCUPIED AND ENJOYED AS A PLACE FOR THE PUBLIC WORSHIP OF GOD AND FOR THE INSTRUCTION OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE SOCIETY OR CHURCH ASSEMBLING FOR WORSHIP THEREON IN CONNECTION WITH THE SAID DENOMINATION OR CONNECTION ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES CONSTITUTION USAGE'S POLITY AND RULES FROM TIME TO TIME OF THE SAID DENOMINATION AND ALSO FOR THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE SAID SOCIETY OR CHURCH SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 3.2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE COMMUNITY, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY UNDERTAKING OR ASSISTING IN THE RUNNING OF EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY PROJECTS 3.3. THE RELIEF OF NEED IN THE COMMUNITY WITH A VIEW TO PROMOTING SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR PEOPLE EXCLUDED OR MARGINALIZED FROM SOCIETY BECAUSE OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE THESE OBJECTS SHALL BE PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY UNDERTAKEN WITHIN LEICESTERSHIRE
