Charitable objects
1. TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS IN WALES AND IN PARTICULAR SIXTH FORMERS IN THE PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF ENGINEERING WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THEIR USUAL STUDIES. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPLIS IN WALES BY ENABLING THEM TO GAIN AN INSIGHT TO ENGINEERING AT A TECHNICAL LEVEL THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EXTRA CURRICULAR CLUBS AND PROJECT COMPETITIONS. 3. TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES OR OBJECTS CONNECTED WITH THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
