TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) PROMOTING CONTINUING BUSINESS EDUCATION FOR ALL ENGINEERS TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS IN INNOVATION, BETTER MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE; (B) CREATING AND OPERATING A CHARITABLE FUND FOR THE SUPPORT OF THEIR CONTINUING EDUCATION; AND BY (C) DEVELOPING A NETWORK OF ENGINEERS WHO ARE, OR WHO HAVE BEEN, ENGAGED IN SUCH EDUCATION IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY AND ILLUSTRATE ITS MERITS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
