We provide face-to-face counselling for individuals and couples in the Poole and Bournemouth area. We offer counselling help and support with many issues, for example, addiction to substances, bereavement or loss, relationship breakdown, stress, low self-esteem etc. We are able to be flexible with our fees to support those on low income.
