FROM TIME TO TIME BY AND OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE SAID TRUST PREMISES TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR THE PARISH CHURCH OF SHERBOURNE ERECTED BY ME AS AFORESAID WITH ALL SUCH REPARATIONS AND AMENDMENTS AS MY SAID ENDOWMENT TRUSTEES OR TRUSTEE MAY DEAM FIT PROPER IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE SAID CHURCH IN ITS PRESENT STATE AND CONDITION IN ALL RESPECTS.
