THE OBJECTS ARE, AND ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO, SUCH PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES WHICH ARE ALSO EXEMPT PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF THE USA AND WHICH ALSO CONSTITUTE PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
