THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF OLDER PEOPLE IN A MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE IN AND AROUND CONWY COUNTY BOROUGH AND DENBIGHSHIRE OR ANY OTHER COTERMINOUS WITH THE OPERATION OF THE BETSI CADWALADR UNIVERSITY HEALTH BOARD (OR ANY SUCCESSOR TO THE BETSI CADWALADR HEALTH BOARD) AND TO PROVIDE GOODS AND SERVICES AS APPROVED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
