Charitable objects
(1) THE ADVANCING IN LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE (BEING PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25) BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS (2) ADVANCING EDUCATION, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN CONNECTION WITH OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT; MONEY MANAGEMENT AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS (3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY PROVIDING ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THOSE IN NEED FOR EXAMPLE, BUT NOT EXHAUSTIVELY, HELP FOR THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR SERVICES AIMED AT INCREASING THE PROSPECTS OF SECURING EMPLOYMENT (4) TO ADVANCE THE PROMOTION OF BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF, COUNSELLING, SUPPORT, REFERRALS OR ANY OTHER SERVICES APPROVED OF BY THE TRUSTEES. (5) THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO HAVE BEEN LOOKED AFTER AS DEFINED IN S.22 OF THE CHILDREN'S ACT 1989 NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008 (D) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;
