THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE LIVING IN BATLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY RUNNING A DROP-IN SERVICE PROVIDING HOT FOOD, SIGN-POSTING TO OTHER SERVICES AND BASIC COUNSELLING.
