FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ALBRIGHTON IN THE COUNTY OF SALOP AND ITS IMMEDIATE VICINITY, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OF OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETING LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
