Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS HEREBY CONSTITUTED ARE:
(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING CREDIT MANAGEMENT AND
TO ENCOURAGE THE STUDY AND PRACTICE THEREOF.
(II) TO ESTABLISH A HARDSHIP FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS
OF THE COMPANY ALLOWING THE COMPANY TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO, AND/OR ASSIST
SUCH MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS OR THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN
CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
