IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO ASSIST IN MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING CHISLEHURST & WALDEN RECREATION GROUNDS AND ASSOCIATE COMMUNITY FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
