Charitable objects
A. TO PROMOTE, CO-ORDINATE AND SECURE ADEQUATE SEARCH AND RESCUE ARRANGEMENTS IN CUMBRIA. B. TO ASSIST ELSEWHERE IF CALLED UPON IN ANY SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATION. C. TO UNDERTAKE PUBLICITY WHERE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO INFORM OR EDUCATE THE PUBLIC. D. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INTERCOURSE BETWEEN TEAMS, PROVIDE HELP, GUIDANCE AND ADVICE TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND HAVE THE FACILITY TO RAISE FUNDS AT THE WISHES OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
