Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THOSE PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS IN THE BOROUGH OF TORFAEN AND ADJOINING DISTRICTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERIWSE TO: (I) PROVIDE (EITHER BY WAY OF GIFT OR LOAN) OR CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT GARMENTS OR OTHER AIDS TO MOBILITY. (II) TO MAKE GRANTS OR ALLOWANCES FOR THE PURPOSES OF MEDICAL TREATMENT AND CARE.
