THE INTEREST FROM THE FUND SHALL BE USED EITHER TO SUPPORT FINANCIALLY THE LOCAL COMMITTEES OF THE ROYAL NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD OF WALES OR IN THE ABSENCE OF LOCAL COMMITTEES TO SUPPORT LIKEWISE THE SAID EISTEDDFOD.
