TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE FORM OF A PLAYING FIELD AND PAVILION FOR RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHINNOR IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORDSHIRE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
