CARERS RESIDING IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND BY:
A. PROVIDING HELP, SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
B. PROMOTING HEALTH AND WELLBEING THROUGH SUPPORTING
INDIVIDUALS TO LEAD FULL AND ACTIVE LIVES
C. PROVIDING SUPPORTED HOLIDAYS
D. PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESPITE.
