CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 10 MAY 2015
Charitable objects
(1) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG THE VICTIMS OF WAR, NATURAL (OR ANY OTHER KIND OF) DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE BY THE SUPPLY TO PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED, OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE), MEDICAL AID, BUILDING MATERIALS AND THE CONSTRUCTION AND/OR THE SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY AND/OR PERMANENT STRUCTURES. (2) TO PROMOTE THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ANY COUNTRY OR REGION AFFECT BY WAR, NATURAL (OR ANY OTHER KIND OF) DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THAT COUNTRY OR REGION BY: (A) THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES; (B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (C) THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION. (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROTECTION, ENHANCEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND TO PROMOTE STUDY AND RESEARCH IN SUCH SUBJECTS PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH STUDY ARE DISSEMINATED TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CONSTITUTION: 'SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT' MEANS 'DEVELOPMENT WHICH MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE NEEDS OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS'.
