THE OBJECT OF THE CIO, IS THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE IN NEED, AND SPECIFICALLY FOR THEM TO ACCESS AND AFFORD FOOD, AND THEREBY ALLEVIATE HUNGER CAUSED BY THE LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES OR RESOURCES TO OBTAIN SUFFICIENT FOOD.
