THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF LIMITED FINANCIAL AND MATERIAL RESOURCES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SHELTERED AND SUPPORTED HOUSING CARE; 2. THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO THOSE LIVING WITH THE EFFECTS OF LONG TERM ILLNESSES SUCH AS CANCER AND NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS. 3. THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIST TRANSPORT SERVICES TO THOSE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES. 4. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF THE EFFECTS OF DISABILITY THROUGH PROVISION THE OF SPECIALIST EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION FOR DEAF AND ORALLY IMPAIRED CHILDREN AND ADULTS; AND 5. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY SUPPORTING THE LOCAL SCOUTING ORGANISATION TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT OF KEY SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES AND CONFIDENCE.
