3.1 THE GENERAL OR SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE ROYAL NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL NHS TRUST OR ITS SUCCESSOR FROM TIME TO TIME; OR
3.2 ANY OTHER PART OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROYAL NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL.
