FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF BEREAVEMENT, RELATING TO THE LOSS OF A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 5 YEARS. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THIS WILL BE THROUGH PROVIDING GRANTS FOR IMMEDIATE BUT SHORT TERM COUNSELLING SESSIONS. GRANT AID WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ANY AFFECTED FAMILY IN THE EAST AND WEST MIDLANDS.
