THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO FACILITATE ACCESS TO, IMPROVE, ADVANCE, MAINTAIN AND PROMOTE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS BY PROVIDING INCREASED OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, ABILITIES AND BACKGROUNDS TO ACCESS CREATIVE MUSIC MAKING WORKSHOPS AND BY RUNNING SUCH OPEN- ACCESS MUSIC WORKSHOPS.
