THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') ARE TO APPLY THE INCOME AND SUCH PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE FUND AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN EVERY RESPECT AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE, TREATMENT AND WELFARE GENERALLY OF SUCH ANIMAL.
