FOR THE BENEFIT OF PENSIONERS OF THE CHARITY WHO SHALL BE POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER, WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 63 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE CLEVELAND PARLIAMENTARY DIVISION (NOW GUISBOROUGH AND EAST CLEVELAND) OF THE COUNTY OF YORK FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS.
