THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS LIVING WITH MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR SENSORY DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING AFFORDABLE AND FULLY ACCESSIBLE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION, RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPEN SPACE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) AT A HOUSE FOR THE USE AND SUPPORT OF THOSE PERSONS AND THEIR CARERS.
