Charitable objects
3.1 The objects of the Charity (Objects) are to promote the access and inclusion of disabled people who are socially excluded or impeded from attending sporting events on the grounds of their disability, by: 3.1.1 providing, promoting or assisting in the provision of facilities for disabled people at sporting and other events; 3.1.2 providing education and information to support and enable disabled people to maximise their attendance, and experience, at sporting events; 3.1.3 raising public awareness of the social, attitudinal and environmental barriers which affect disabled people, both generally and in relation to attendance at sporting events; 3.1.4 engaging with, and conducting reviews/audits on behalf of, the operators of stadia and sports venues, to enable those operators to adapt such stadia and/or venues to better meet the needs of the disabled community; and 3.1.5 providing workshops, forums, advocacy and general support. 3.2 Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word "charitable" or the words "charitable purposes" in force in any part of the United Kingdom.
