THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO ASSIST WITH DEVELOPING THEIR CONFIDENCE, CAPABILITIES, SKILLS AND EMPLOYABILITY.
