THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM DISEASES OF THE HEART AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES AT THE FREEMAN HOSPITAL, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE BY THE TRAINING OF PERSONS WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST THE BENEFICIARIES FINANCING RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF HEART RESEARCH AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE RESULTS THEREOF.
