FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION OF THE PERMANENT PRESERVATION OF WALTHAM WINDMILL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE TO RESTORE THE STRUCTURE AND THE MACHINERY OF THE MILL AND PUT THE SAME INTO GOOD AND SUBSTANTIAL REPAIR AND WORKING ORDER.
