THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN OPEN SPACE TO BE KNOWN AS 'PLUSH PADDOCK' FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF PLUSH AND TO BE USED AS AN AREA FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, AS A MEETING AREA OR PLACE FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS AND FOR ANY OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSE AND FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
