Charitable objects
1. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SEDGLEY AND GORNAL AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF TO RESTORE AND PRESERVE RUITON WINDMILL AS AN EXHIBIT OF ARTS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP AND THEREBY TO EDUCATE THE SAID INHABITANTS; 2. TO USE ADMINISTER AND MANAGE RUITON WINDMILL AS A PUBLIC HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE INHABITANTS AND FOR THE LIKE BENEFIT AS A PUBLIC MUSEUM; PLEASE SEE DEED FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
