THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY IN THE AREA OF WEST DEVON AND EAST CORNWALL BY PROVIDING VOLUNTEER-LED, ACCESSIBLE TRISHAW CYCLE RIDES TO HELP THEM GAIN A SOCIAL CONNECTION AND TO ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY.
