THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE IN LIFE, RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED UP TO 25 IN OLDHAM BY SUPPORTING THE CHARITABLE WORK OF MAHDLO (OLDHAM YOUTH ZONE).
