FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THOSE NEEDS OF ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES WHICH ARISE FROM SOCIAL ISOLATION ON THE GROUNDS OF DISABILITY BY WORKING TO ASSIST SUCH PEOPLE TO MAXIMISE THEIR POTENTIAL, DEVELOP FRIENDSHIPS AND RELATIONSHIPS, REDUCING THEIR LONELINESS AND ISOLATION AND FACILITATING THEIR FULL PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY.
