THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG HOMELESS PERSONS, THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS AND THOSE IN FINANCIAL NEED, IN KIDDERMINSTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF A DROP-IN CENTRE AND OTHER FACILITIES PROVIDING FOOD, DRINK, SHELTER, WARMTH, REPLACEMENT CLOTHING, HAIRCUTS, COMPANIONSHIP, ADVICE, SIGNPOSTING AND PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.
