THE CIO IS ESTABLISHED TO DELIVER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, BY MAKING GRANTS TO CHRISTIAN ORGANISATIONS WITH COMPATIBLE STATEMENTS OF FAITH TO THE ONE PRESENT IN THE SCHEDULE AND WHICH PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO ANYONE IN NEED AND LIVING IN AREAS WHERE CHRISTIANS FACE THE MOST SEVERE PERSECUTION, AND/OR IN NEED AND LIVING IN AREAS AND AMONG CULTURAL GROUPS WITH THE LEAST WIDESPREAD KNOWLEDGE OF, AND/OR ADHERENCE TO, THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, AS DEFINED BY THE STATEMENT OF FAITH APPEARING IN THE SCHEDULE, PROVIDED THAT SUCH ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT IS NOT LIMITED TO PEOPLE OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH ONLY.
