THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING PEOPLE IN WORCESTER WHO ARE HOMELESS AND/OR SOCIALLY ISOLATED WITH A HOT MEAL FOUR EVENINGS A WEEK AND TO DISTRIBUTE CLOTHES, SLEEPING EQUIPMENT, PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS AND ANY SUCH ITEMS OR SERVICES AS MAY CONTRIBUTE TO THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. AND TO SIGNPOST THOSE PEOPLE TO OTHER AGENCIES OR SERVICES WHERE APPROPRIATE
