TO SUCH CHARITIES WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1960 OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH SHARE AND PROPORTIONS AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER AND WITH AND SUBJECT TO ANY SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS (NOT BEING TERMS OR CONDITIONS INCONSISTENT WITH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES) AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT.
