FOR THE PURPOSE OF A COMMUNITY HALL FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF LICHFIELD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACIAL ORIGINS OR POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH COMMUNITY HALL FACILITIES FOR EDUCATIONAL SOCIAL WELFARE LEISURE AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
