TO TRAIN DOGS AND HANDLERS TO ASSIST THE POLICE, MOUNTAIN RESCUE TEAMS, OR ANY OTHER ORGANISATION INVOLVED IN THE SEARCH AND RESCUE OF PERSONS MISSING OR OVERDUE IN THE BRITISH ISLES, IN SITUATIONS WHICH WILL BENEFIT FROM THE USE OF AIR-SCENTING OR TRAILING SEARCH DOGS.
