TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THAME COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AND OTHER SERVICE USERS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY, TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE HOSPITAL.
