Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY OR CAUSE TO BE PAID OR APPLIED AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT THE INCOME AND IF AN IN SO FAR AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND IN OR TOWWARDS THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES AS SHALL BE OPERATING WITHIN THE PARISH OF ST. MARY AND ST. MARGARET CASTLE BROMWICH OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WITHIN THE SAID PARISH AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS TH TRUSTEES MAY ROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
