THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE INDIVIDUALS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF FEOCK IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL WHO ARE IN NEED BECAUSE OF AGE, SICKNESS OR DISABILITY (MENTAL OR PHYSICAL) OR POVERTY OR SOCIAL ISOLATION ARISING FROM THE LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF ADEQUATE AND SAFE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES BY PROVIDING TRANSPORT AND WELFARE SERVICES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.
