Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:-
4.1. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH IN SHEFFIELD AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE WORLD AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE; AND
4.2. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THOSE SUFFERING DESTITUTION OR POVERTY, THROUGH PASTORAL SUPPORT, PRAYER AND BENEVOLENCE GIVING WHERE POSSIBLE.
